La mia valutazione è positiva. Mi sarebbe piaciuto avere qualche informazione per quanto riguarda i giusti abbinamenti. Domanda che mi sono fatto dall'inizio e che ha avuto una risposta finale trattata molto in generale e rimandata ad altri testi. Sicuramente se voglio realizzare qualcosa che abbia un gusto corretto dovrò trovare per mio conto i giusti abbinamenti.

This course was really great! I'm a pastry chef, so I was already a bit familiar with the topic and some techniques, but everything was explained in a very understandable, cohesive and easy-to-follow way.
