My father being an architect, I grew up in a world of drawings, models, nicely sharpened pencils... I spent hours in his office and he taught me the rudiments of perspective and how to enjoy drawing and be creative. I spent my whole childhood sketching and making stuff from paper but then somehow it stopped and I never followed it professionnaly, chosing to rather study philosophy and then work for the non-profit sector. And though now I am reorienting towards clinical psychology, I have also decided to cultivate my visual arts capacities, especially start drawing again and learn to use different media. Oh, yes, I forgot the most important of my passions :) I write - mostly poetry and would like to publish someday. I have some ideas for a children's story so I was thinking, why not illustrate it myself after completing my first course..!
