I'm a Culinary Artist and a Chocolatier looking to reinvent myself to enter the digital economy while at the same time learn the necessary skills to market my dream business of healthy, naturally preserved, fermented and cured foods and drinks. I'm very passionate about health, nutrition and food and it was once my dream to be one of the best chefs in the world and I still kinda want that but taking a different approach. I honestly don't like a chefs lifestyle, a chef lives in the kitchen and doesn't hace time for family or anything else. I want to create great, healthy delicious food, but I also want to live, have a happy meaningful life and spend time with my loved ones. This is why I chose to take the path of creating something a healthy food related company that will hopefully grow and give me a good income whilst not withering away one day at a time in a restaurant kitchen. Furthermore that just use these skills for my own business, as I said before, I want to evolve and enter the digital economy in hopes of creating multiple streams of income, not just the one healthy foods and drinks company.
