Hi!
My name is Fernanda Bim, I’m from Brazil, Helena’s mom and cake designer.
I’m living in UAE since 2018, as a cake designer I always had a lot of orders so I also didn’t have time enough to spend with my daughter and husband. So unfortunately I decided stop to accept orders and since that I’m trying to work from home teaching cake decorations techniques on my instagram. But, to be honest I’m not 100% happy about this, so I decided to enroll this course and learn more about food styling and photograph. I’m passionate about food especially pastry of course, arts and photography. So, I found this online course and now I’m here, really excited starting this course and I hope I can find myself on this beautiful path.
