Creation of Molds for Ceramic Reproduction

Curso muy conciso y entretenido. Solo he echado de menos una lección donde nos enseñara ejemplos de otros moldes para tener un conocimiento más general sobre hasta dónde podemos llegar con esta técnica, pero esto se puede investigar en google y en general siento que he aprendido mucho y que ha explicado todo lo necesario para iniciarse en la materia. Lo recomiendo.

Short and to the point. A good introductory course on slip casting, but you might need to do a couple more courses if you want more in-depth knowledge. The translation to English is poor and the attached resources are only available in Spanish, so good opportunity to brush up your Spanish knowledge.

This course is a bit basic for me, as I have been working with molds for 20 years on and off. However I thought since it had been a little time since I have done ceramic molds that it would be good to have a refresher, and while I would have liked to spend more time doing more in the way of multi-piece molds this was an Intro course and there wasn’t enough time to delve into that really. I think it was an excellent beginning mold making course. The teacher was wonderful.

The course was great. In general the teacher explained the process of mold making thoroughly. I would highly recommend it!

I took this course to learn about the general process of mold making, for generic craft use. However, I learned a lot more than expected and felt inspired by the tutor's ideas for ceramics. I may now broaden my crafts at a later stage, to include a try at ceramics. Wonderful experience..
