“In this lesson, we're going to go through continuous learning and self-improvement. The first thing we can look at is the power of self-critique. Self-critique can be extremely useful and help us break out of our rut. It can help us continue to make progress and prevent autistic stagnation. A caveat to this is sometimes self-critique can be too critical and that can stifle creative flow.
