“Creating a World inside Your Sketchbook I then moved onto a bigger sketchbook. I chose this sketchbook because it was more or less the format that the final book was going to be. As I mentioned earlier in my manual of the process, I always begin with a title. This was the project's working title, "Nani of the Thousand Hands", and I made in the title page a small sketch of her and me as a child. In this particular project, my map was more a family tree, and scattered through the pages, our personal family photos and memories.
