I like using this Olfa cutter which you can buy anywhere in any art store and it's adjustable. So the first thing that I'm going to do is measure the diameter of the circle that we're going to cut. I drew a cross mark there to show the center point. and tighten down the screw for the circle cutter. What's nice about this Olfa cutter is it comes with a little solid plastic piece that you could tape on right where the center is or approximately where the center is and not leave a hole ...”
