me encanto, ya habia hehco cursos de bomboneria pero tenia mucha dificultad al momento de pintar los moldes y en el curso enseñan paso a paso incluso teoria del color y tambien como crear los colores realmente lo recomiendo
La clase tiene buena informacion pero esta incompleta. El titulo del curso es: Bombones increíbles: Aprende a mezclar sabores y colores en chocolate. En ningun momento se enseña a como hacer rellenos, mezclas de sabores y cerrar los bombones. Practicamente es de solo como pintar y temperar el chocolate. El titulo de la misma deberia ser diferente al igual que deberian especificar que no es una clase completa. Realmente esperaba mas!
