“During this lesson I'll talk through why I liked some of the thumbnails and why I didn't like others. I'll talk about things to consider such as contrast, lighting and where the eye focuses. I will talk through questions to consider when reviewing your thumbnails. and I will suggest stepping back, taking a break and coming back to the designs later if one isn't sticking out to you just yet. And then we'll take one thumbnail and draw up the sketch and I'll discuss why it's important to sketch the idea first before moving on to painting.
