I had already been making rope work bowls so knew the basics but learnt techniques such as clockwork and how to strengthen gaps to make handles. Also I learnt the loop finishing technique. I would like to make more rope work articles but the rope is very expensive and difficult to source.

Detailed and informative course. Learnt alot from this course.
Domestika - Please check the video as there is lots of off focus shots. Was quite annoying to see unfocussed videos and then it focusses after a few seconds. It goes on for many many times in alot of the vidoes. It affects the viewing very much.

I have been making rope baskets for about 2 years and this course has given me a few pointers for making larger baskets. This course is perfect for someone just starting this technique and will be a building block for trying more projects. I use a lot of fabric-wrapped rope for my products and perhaps there will be more training courses for that style in the future.
