“ Making a Slab In this lesson, we'll make a slab out of the cane we made. For this, you'll need some clay. I like to use the same color as the background of the cane. You'll need a sheet of parchment paper, your roller, and a blade. This is where I like to use my sharpest blade. Then also a bone folder which you can find at craft stores or online. This is a paper tool, but it works well for burnishing the seams of our clay. You don't need one of these. If you can't find it, you can use your fingers. Also, your pasta machine. We'll start by rolling our sheet of clay through the pasta machin...”
