“Finally, we're painting. But before we do that, I want to introduce you a little bit of technique that I like to use. By the way, I've added a couple of new colors, a Cobalt Blue and an April Yellow. I think I'm going to need those for the hat and some of the background. For the background, I'm only going to use this wide flat brush. It's a size 20. The reason why we want to work with a very big brush in the background is to retain ourselves from going too much into details. The background needs to be blurry.
