About the final project for: Storytelling for Winning Presentations

Storytelling for Winning Presentations

“We have reached the end of this course. Congratulations! You have become the hero of your own journey, vanquished your enemies, and returned with the elixir. You should be proud of what you have achieved to get here! By following along, you will have learned how to craft a compelling story to make your presentations memorable and impactful. In the spirit of this course, I would like for you to be imaginative when it comes to your own project. Be bold and experimental; show me how you have used the hero's journey to tell your story. Remember the key steps: Understanding Your Story First off: get curious. Ask yourself the questions in the discovery workshop and keep digging until you have a really solid understanding of the story you want to tell.

Understanding Your Audience Next, understand your audience. This will come out of the discovery workshop, and again, it's worth really unpicking who these guys are and what they want.
The Hero's Journey Then, it's time to map your story onto the 12 stages of the hero's journey. Remember, it might not transfer exactly, but if you have the landscape, challenges, solutions, proof points, and summary, you're onto a winner.
The Opening and the Ending of the Presentation Add an impactful start and a memorable ending, and you have got everything you need. Refer to the 5 ways to start and finish a presentation I explained.
The Presentation Pitch With all of this together, you can create a compelling, targeted, and persuasive presentation that will keep your audience engaged from beginning to end.
Share your final presentation in the forum. You can do so by clicking on 'Create your project'. Remember to share both the final result and the steps that have led you to it. I hope you have enjoyed this experience as much as I have. Thanks for letting me share my skills and experience with you. Together, we can banish tedious presentations forever, replacing them with vibrant and powerful stories that can change the world. Don't forget to share your achievements in the forum and give feedback to other members of the community. You will learn so much from others! Of course, I will also be there and try to get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you and goodbye! ”

“Well done on reaching the end of this Domestika course. You've now seen firsthand how creating a compelling story can make your presentations memorable and impactful. Now, I'd love for you to put into practice everything you've learned into your own final project. Show me how you've used the Hero's Journey to tell your audience's story. Remember the key steps that I shared. First off, do your own discovery workshop. Really dig into the seven questions that I suggested. This will give you a really solid understanding of the story you want to tell. Next, you really want to understand and unpa...”
