About the video: Adding the Skin Fabric

Overview

“The next step will be to add the skin of the puppet. To do this, I'll cover all the necessary areas with the chosen fabric, in my case a stretchy jersey material. I'll start with the arms. You will also see how to bring the skin to life using red chalk.”

In this video lesson Adeena Grubb addresses the topic: Adding the Skin Fabric, which is part of the Domestika online course: Introduction to Puppet Making for Stop Motion. Discover the charming world of stop-motion puppet design and learn to build your own characters, from the initial design to the finished figurine.

This is my left hand, so I'll be making my puppet's rig...”
