“ About Me Hi, my name is Adeena, I'm a puppet maker and animation director. In this lesson, I will tell you a bit about me. I'm from London but I grew up in the snowy Scottish Highlands. I used to go on a lot of woodland walks as a kid and I would collect little bits of twigs and leaves and take them home to make my toys' beds, furniture, and things. I was obsessed with Polly Pockets as a kid because they were so tiny and they lived in tiny plastic houses. She’s been passionate about all things miniature since she was a child, building accessories for her toys from materials she found in the Scottish highlands where she grew up. She later went on to study a motion graphics degree and put both her passion and studies into practice to create puppets. After watching the character she created for a Skittles advert come to life, she knew it was a specialty she wanted to pursue full-time.
