“In this lesson, we'll prepare the gold size so that the gold leaf will shrink and adhere to the glass. Now, unfortunately, there isn't really a vegan option on the market just yet for gilding, but for now we have to stick to using gelatin. There have been people trying out agar-agar and options like that, but this seems to work the best for now.
