I have read Lucy's books which are chock load of ideas(actually too many to follow) so this course is succinct and to the point. Clear instructions. Bubbly personality!
Yes, it is basic, I think, to those who claim to be PR experts but for those new to it, and for small business owners and entrepreneurs' it is very practical and useful.
I am working through the course and doing the work, which I find enjoyable. Time will tell if it will be effective in promoting myself and my business.
