Some of the influences that've helped shape the work that I do by virtue of inspiring me and making me feel excited about design and the act of drawing. First and at the top of that list is Hayao Miyazaki. His work is stunning. It's something that sticks to the inside of my imagination and has never let go. He loves the freedom and versatility of digital tools and draws all his designs exclusively in Procreate.
Over the course of his career, he has worked on franchises like Sonic the Hedgehog, Crash Bandicoot and Spyro the Dragon, and collaborated with clients including Disney, Dreamworks, Nintendo, Activision Blizzard, Netflix, Hasbro, Mattel, Warner Bros., and EA Games. He currently holds the role of principal concept artist at Phoenix Labs.
