“Props and embroidery After weaving the entire piece and before removing the piece from the loom, it's time to include the new props and also embroidery. You may have noticed by now that I turned the loom. At this stage, it no longer makes sense, there is no longer any need to be doing the piece with it inverted, even because it gives me a better idea of where I want the embroidery. This is because I didn't actually draw all the embroidery in my final project drawing. The reason why I'm still embroidering with the piece on the loom is that it's much easier to do with the canvas still stretch...”
