“ Demoulding and Sanding In this lesson, we'll demould our cast piece and start sanding to reveal the terrazzo pattern. On my table, I have our cast side table. I have some wet-and-dry sandpaper in a range of grits, 120, 240, and 400. I have a sanding block in case I want to keep my sandpaper flat and I have a hammer to help me take off the bottom of our mould. Since we applied a release agent to the inside of our mould, it should be nice and easy to demould this piece. You might notice that your paper mould has started to move or pucker slightly.
