“ The Lighting for a Group Photo In this lesson, I'll teach you how to light for a group. We'll do two different lighting setups. One will be a soft-spread light and another one will be a hard-focus light. We'll be using Profoto D2 lights for this shoot. Profoto is an industry-standard strobe light. However, a more affordable option is called the Godox Flashpoint lights. I use those all the time when the budget is a concern.
