“Materials In this lesson, I’ll show you the materials we’re using. First, we'll need some pencils. I got these Caran d'Ache Grafwood pencils, but any kind of pencil will do. In the end, the project we're doing won't be worked on exclusively with a graphite pencil. We're applying other color-pencil layers, so it’s not a must-have tool. Graphite pencils range from H lead, the hard kind, to the B lead, the softer kind. You can use what you want. I chose my B pencils because they improve my linework. He has worked for Spanish publishing companies such as Edelvives, Kalandraka, Alfaguara, Cal.lígraf and Comanegra, but his artistic work has had a much greater impact on his career and led him to be a renowned illustrator. He has also published his work in France, Italy, Belgium, Mexico, China, Korea, and the United States.
