Design Workshops: Boost Creative Collaboration

Grace Ascuasiati is a design strategist and researcher with a degree in psychology. She started her career in marketing research, but quickly realized her calling was in UX research, where she could make a positive impact on the individuals in the design process. She uses her research to develop events, training programs, and workshops that help teams and organizations enhance their communication and collaboration to solve the challenges they face.

Grace has worked on design projects across the globe, leading research for brands like IKEA, Telenor, Huawei, BBVA, Spring Studio, and Design Transformation. She currently manages a team as the senior UX researcher at Eventbrite and also runs #IamRemarkable workshops to empower women and minority groups to celebrate their achievements in the workplace and beyond.
