Experimental Embroidery Techniques on Paper

Estoy realmente emocionada!!¡¡Qué belleza es este curso y esta artista!! Transmite pasión y la obra es pura poesía!!! Me dan ganas de mirar dos y tres veces seguidas cada video :)

Curso súper bonito. Tenía mis dudas, pero me ha encantado. Aposté por él porque hasta ahora todos los cursos que he hecho con Gimena me han gustado muchísimo y estoy contenta porque siempre aprendes algo nuevo seguro.

What a fabulous course, Gimena! I enjoyed your insight and experimental ideas you presented. Your choice of stitches to learn was perfect. Your simple explanations were very easy to follow, even though I speak English....listening to your words were soothing. I am a mixed-media painter on wood and canvas and I hope to take these ideas to my paintings!

Me gusta mucho la propuesta para la mezcla de materiales y el orden con que enseña las puntadas.

Me encantó conocer el trabajo de Gimena y su manera de llevar el curso... explicar, hablar y chismear jaja acerca de sus procesos artísticos y cómo enseñar la técnica a través de ella.

I'm still working on my final piece but I actually found much easier on paper using Gimena's method, than my embroidery on fabric!
Sometimes the subtitles were puzzling but, you can go back & forth on the video, it's easy to work out what's going on. The 'how to' sections were very clear and Gimena's likeable personality shines in all her videos. Translation of the 'extras' downloadable sheets would be good but I recommend this to anyone wanting to learn a new technique, well worth the money!

A beautifully presented course that takes you step by step to create the finished project. Gimena shows you what tools you will need and the best types of paper to use and the different types of stitches that work well on paper. I would recommend this course to everyone.

Estaba tomando varios cursos de Domestika simultáneamente, cuando vi un trabajo final de este curso, y como apasionada del papel y los hilos lo tomé inmediatamente. Conocer el trabajo de Gimena y apreciar sus piezas y sus lecciones diariamente ha sido toda una revolución creativa, que me ha inspirado a explorar más autores y soportes para bordar, aumentando mi curiosidad y ganas de seguir aprendiendo.
