“Storing and Cleaning Your Tools In this lesson, I will tell you about cleaning your stamps, and sharpening and storing your tools. CLEANING First, we'll clean your stamps. After you use them for your project, you want to store them and it's useful if you clean them first. I'll use a paper towel, make it wet and gently rub off any extra ink that is left on the block. Make it just a little damp, not soaking wet. Then, gently pat it dry. Sometimes the block will absorb the pigment that's in the ink pad, but don't worry, if you clean it a bit, it won't stain the next time. The best way to store...”
