“Drilling and Hardware Our pieces are sanded, washed and dried. In this lesson, I'll show you how to drill each piece and attach hardware. Firstly, switch out the drill bit. I'm not sanding anymore, so I don't need the sanding head. I'll switch to this drill bit which is about 1/16th in size. It's a good size for the jump ring to fit through a hole. Now, we'll use this grid paper. This is just a grid post-it note. I'll put it on this piece of wood that I use for drilling. It's just a scrap piece of wood.
