“Get a guide to the letters In this lesson we're going to look at the letters. We will sketch the first letters and get a feel for it. Since we are creating a typographic poster in this course, I have decided to visualize the word typography first, to get a feel for the letters. That is, we start with the T. and will first shape the archetype of the Ts. This consists of a trunk and a horizontal line. Now we have drawn two outlines on the paper and we will now give these contours a line weight, by widening it. The result is a T in a grotesque font without serifs. And now we can change the sha...”
