About the final project for: Graphic Design for Beginners

Graphic design for beginners

“Now the time has come for you to share your final project with all of us by clicking on "Create your project". Remember to share both the final result of your template collection and the steps that have led you to it. If you feel like it, you can also share your finished templates on Instagram. If you do, tag me! Before we say goodbye, we are going to review the key phases of the project. It would be great if you showed an image of each phase and added a brief explanation about what you have done in each one: Idea and references First, think about what uses you are going to allocate your posts for. They can be for your own brand, the company of a friend, upload more graphic content ... I have made them for my own design studio. This way we will have a clear idea when designing our templates. When you have the idea, look for aesthetic references to serve as inspiration and guidance to develop your project.

Main graphic resource Select a graphic resource that gives consistency to your project. You can choose a geometric shape, as I have done with the circle, and play with it in different sizes and positions.
Fonts Select one or two fonts that can complement those shapes. Assign a specific use to each of them and decide what sizes they will be used. You can also experiment with line spacing and line spacing to make them look perfect.
Color Decide on a color palette that is legible and works for the purpose of your posts. You can follow one of the palette schemes I've shown you, if you want to make sure it works.
Composition Create a grid and organize the different elements in each post. Remember to generate rhythm, balance, incorporate some diagonal and align all the elements. Check everything and make sure there are no mistakes, spelling mistakes ... And you have it!
Thanks again for taking this course, I am looking forward to seeing your work. I also want to invite you to actively participate in the forum, both sharing your progress and giving advice and trying to help the rest of the community. It is sure to be very enriching for everyone! See you on the forum! ”

“Final Project Now we've reached the end of the course and I want to thank you for having accompanied me. I hope you liked it and it’s useful for your creations. I don't want to leave without reviewing the most important concepts we saw n the course. First, we saw how we can create an image. We saw the concepts, and the representation can be literal or subjective. You know that I always try to get away from the most obvious meanings. If it is hard at first, don’t worry, it takes practice. Then we played with geometric shapes and saw the laws of perception through several exercises. These exe...”
