“ Creating a Character Now that we've experimented with our main character, Francis-stein, and figured out roughly what she'll look like, we'll move on to sketching out a base character sketch for Francis-stein that we can use later in the course. This base character sketch for Francis-stein is important as this is what we'll use as a guide to help us through all the other illustrations that we make in this portfolio. After her studies, she went on to work as a preschool teacher, an art teacher, and a graphic designer. She later discovered children's illustration and decided to pursue her newfound passion as a career
