Kimberly Espinel is a food stylist, photographer, and author who specializes in capturing mouth-watering photos of vegan dishes for Instagram. After the birth of her son, she decided to leave her job of 13 years to pursue her passion for food. Kimberly retrained as a nutritional therapist and began a food blog sharing vegan recipes which kickstarted her love of food photography.
