“Styling Pancakes Because we've stacked the pancakes the way that we did, we've created little pockets where we can put more berries, like little steps, where we can put some more bits to add more colours and textures and really jazz things up and make them more interesting. The red currants are definitely my favourite. I'm going to just break them. Put them around here. Stacking them in. If something is not staying in place, you can use those toothpicks.
