“Influences In this lesson, we'll see some of the people and projects that have influenced me. One of my main influences is Jean-Michel Basquiat. He was a painter from the 80s, he lived in New York. His work ethic was one of the main things that inspired me. He does very abstract artwork, paintings mainly. He did about 2000 paintings or so in a very short career time. I've watched documentaries about him and he's someone I look up to and inspired by, because he was always there, always crafting and putting the time in.
