“About Me Hey, I'm David J. East. I'm a director and photographer. I'm from an English family, but raised in South Africa. In high school, I filmed me and my friends skating. I'd film bits of us skating and edit a silly little video together. I filmed on a point and shoot camera that didn't even got over 360 p. I was also editing on Windows Movie Maker, which is very basic. I couldn't even have any more than one soundtrack on there, it could just be the one soundtrack, but it was fun and enjoyable and it got me the love of film going for me and it made me want to pursue a career in this, so ...”
