“How to Compose an Illustration In this lesson, I'm going to show you the basics of how I compose an illustration. Meanwhile, I'll show you some rough sketches to show my process. I don't want to overwhelm you with structural information and rules. Most of the time, I anyway go with the flow, but there're some basic things I care about when I'm composing an illustration. I start with a pencil and an eraser. I try to be mindful when using paper, because I don't want to paint, or draw something too big on one paper and then throw it away. I'll divide the paper into four and show you my process...”
