“About Me My name is Jeanne McGee and I am a printmaker. I was born and raised in San Francisco, but I currently live in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I studied Art at San Francisco State University, majoring in Printmaking. I went on to get my MFA at the University of Wisconsin in Madison. I grew up in a creative household. My father was a writer. My mother painted with watercolors. I began studying Marine Biology in college and ended up taking so many art classes that I decided to major in Art.
