About the video: Finishes
Overview
“Customize your project In my case I am creating a piece of stationery -the wedding invitation- with envelope and rope. What are your finishing ideas? It is important to add final details to our watercolor reproduction. If you did not make an invitation, remember that the packaging of your print or poster can also have personalized details. For example, a cellophane envelope with your stamp, signature, etc.”
In this video lesson Ana Victoria Calderon addresses the topic: Finishes, which is part of the Domestika online course: Techniques applied to watercolour illustration. Learn to digitize your illustrations, commercialize them, and apply them to design projects.

“LESSON 2 Finishes Our print is ready, the invitation is printed, this is the first sample. Since it’s a sample they sent it with these margins, which I’ll cut now. The best thing when printing our work in digital, the most effective way you will find is on tabloids. I arrange my files in a double letter format. Two would fit in this case, and it gets printed. Normally a printer will cut it at an extra cost, but since I’m doing the sample I’ll cut it and now I’ll show you how we’ll set it up and these final details which will add much more to our presentation. This is my official invitation....”
