“U3L2 Defining Your Problem This means we need to carve out and define our own creative problem to solve. In this lesson, I'll go through how I suggest to navigate this process. When defining a problem, observation and reflection are key. I tend to make notes, usually when I'm on transport, where I write down any small problems I've noticed or minor gaps that I've found.
