Motion Graphics for Social Media: Create A Sticker Pack
“We have reached the end of the course, and at this point, you should have everything you need to create your very own sticker set, ready to be used on Instagram. Remember to be bold and creative to make something that stands out. I can’t wait to see what you have made so be sure to tag me in your Instagram stories with your stickers so I can check them out and share your work! With the skills you have picked up in this course, you can start exploring other ways of bringing your illustrations to life. You are only limited by your imagination. Get out there and feed your curiosity. At this point, you should have learned everything you need to know to make your very own sticker pack. Take your time, enjoy the process and explore the topics which excite and inspire you. We looked at putting those ideas onto paper with quick thumbnail sketches and selecting our favourite, which we then put onto Illustrator to use as a reference for our vector illustrations. After digitalising our sketches, we then took them into After Effects and used various techniques to bring them to life. And finally, we turned our animations into GIFs on Photoshop, ready to be shared on social media. Although I created a sticker pack with a theme that resonates with me, I encourage you to get out there and be creative. Remember, your creativity is only as limited as your imagination so go big! I look forward to seeing your work on the forum, where I will be checking in from time to time and giving you feedback.
