“Root Cause Analysis In the last lesson, I walked you through a couple of examples of backcasting, which is basically a product roadmap for your future artifacts. The same way we looked at multiple orders of consequences in our first mapping lessons, we'll apply the same level of rigor in this lesson to map our terrain. So no surprise since backcasting is like forecasting, but in reverse.
