“What we will do in this course? In this lesson I'll explain to you why I love painting birds so much in watercolour, and also what you'll learn on the course. First of all, I'd like to explain why I love watercolour so much, and why I like to use it to paint birds. Watercolour is one of the most fantastically versatile mediums. I love the way it splashes, it runs, how the colours combine together, and I also love the strong pigments you can get, so watercolour doesn't have to be dull or boring, it can be bright, and vibrant, and playful, and I suppose that's why it works so well with birds....”
