La verdad cuando me inscribí pensé que era un curso de emplatado de comida, no de emplatado publicitario. Interesante pero deben ser mas específicos cuando hacen la publicidad del curso. Yo no tengo la intención de crear una marca o hacer fotografía, quería aprender a presentar mis comidas de una forma bella y distinta.
