I´ve always doubted my ability to create stunning cakes. Well, no more. Julian Ängel. the chef, is truly a miracle-working angel. His explanations are clear, his creativity unmistakable and he gives us the confidence to follow him to create a beautiful cake. I´ve acquired the tools he mentions and this makes an impressive difference.

Great course and it was very informative. He explained clearly step by step, which answered lot of questions/issues I had as a hobby baker at home. Highly recommended.

This course was an incredibly enjoyable and informative experience. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I appreciated how the course balanced foundational techniques with a fun, creative project.

Me encanto esta clase. El profesor explicó detalladamente cada paso y me gusto mucho la parte de como diseñar el pastel usando un programa de grafito, eso definitivamente enseña no solo a diseñar un pastel sino a ser creativo y jugar con colores y formas. Excelente curso!

Okay I’m so mind blown with the approach of this guy….. certainly didn’t know it’s not all recipes that need a sponge cake. I will definitely try this one out for my business 🧑‍💼
