“Preparing Files for Printing In this lesson, I'll show you how to prepare a file to send to the print shop in terms of the resolution or the colors of the files and the instructions you'll give to the printer for printing. Once we have the design and composition selected for the T-shirt, the next step is to create the file to send to the printer. What I do is to open a new file, Command + N, and we’ll create a high-quality file. We can choose any size, because what matters is that the illustration keeps its large size, which we’ll do later.
