I'll also teach you to vary character's skin tones and the three ways to apply color on Procreate. To define our colors, you have to define its overall color, the background. From that, you apply colors on top. That way, you feel if a certain color doesn't work well. Something that really helped me understand how colors work and apply that to my work, was to understand that the background color influences all the rest. For that, I started to make a color sketch.
