“Finishing the sample Finishing your sample is optional. It's a matter of prime. Varnish and wax are applied to bring out the layers of color, in addition to protecting its surface. For this step, the sample must be completely dry. Wait at least 24 hours for finishing. First, make sure the edges are clean and not smudged. Adriana Pedrosa and Carlota Gasparian are a Brazilian visual arts duo who cofounded the painting studio Adriana e Carlota in 1990. They began their careers painting furniture and other objects. Later, they started to paint walls using exclusive and contemporary decorative techniques. As well as creating commissioned pieces, they carry out constant research on different materials and the revival of ancient techniques.
The duo can be found in various editions of CASACOR, one of the largest showcases of architecture, interior design, and landscaping in America, and were the only Latin Americans to attend ColourFutures in The Netherlands.
