Laura is a wonderful teacher. Her approach is playful and relieves the pressure of having to paint a "masterpiece every time. This is the course for those having difficulty getting started. Her warm up exercises work wonders. 10 units of that and I am ready to paint.

This is a wonderful course if you want to draw things from nature. I really love the way Laura explains about many techniques to warm up a little before you start with the 'real' thing. Also it's great she encourages you to work with several materials, even at the same time sometimes. She invites you to play and to get into the heart of the subject. I can recommend this course!

I love the way this teacher expresses the techniques - really permissive, creative and joyful. This is the secon course of their that I have done.

The teacher is great at explaining and encouraging you to experiment with what you have on hand.

I'm still working my way through the course, it allows me to go at my own pace. The teacher is lovely...just the right amount of information and encouragement for me. I'm trying out lots of new materials and approaches and generally just enjoying myself. I say give it a go, it's both professional and playful.

I really enjoyed this course. The mark making and the use of different objects to paint with really helps you get in the 'zone', especially if you haven't done any painting for a while, if at all.
It's always interesting to see someone else's process. It takes practice, like all things and you get some happy accidents along the way by just experimenting.
