“The Importance of Line Widths In this lesson, I'll teach you a bit about line width. I use it to make certain aspects of my composition pop off the page. I also use different sorts of pressures to make different line widths. It emphasizes different sorts of forms. The first thing I'll show you is how to make different elements of your illustration pop off the page. For the most part, I like to use one width while I draw the entire thing.
