“Nose In the side view, the septal cartilage will start like this internal edge and will basically give us the shape of the nose. So, depending on the shape that we make this septal cartilage... we can work on the shape of the nose as both sides will have the other cartilages accompanying them. This cartilage is very important, it will give us the width of the nose. So, we have this one, then we'll have the lateral cartilage which is triangular in shape. It can vary in size depending on the person, but it goes with this lateral side. It's coming along already and, in this view, you can't see...”
