“The materials Now that you know more about me and my influences, I'll show you the materials we'll use during the course. I'll start by showing you the pencils that I'll use. I'll use a sketch pencil in a pink color, a micro-point, sharpener and eraser. I like to use the pencil to sketch because it doesn't stain the paper like graphite does. I also have technical pens by the brand Winsor & Newton, which are special because the ink is alcohol-based and they don't move once they dry, so they're great for using together with watercolor, because they don't move.
